The non-profit organization provides educational assistance to parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children while serving as a resource and providing advocacy services and educational support. Michelle's life mission is to eliminate the labels and barriers that marginalize and cause neurodiverse children to struggle in the education setting. She is passionate about enabling children to uncover their talents and leverage them in the classroom while giving them the tools necessary for them to excel and reach their fullest potential.

Michelle's personal journey as a neurodiverse child fuels her drive to normalize education for all. She struggled for years with learning challenges and engaged in at-risk behaviors, which led to feelings of self-doubt and despair. However, her faith and a supportive community helped her identify her strengths, learning style, and purpose. Michelle is now dedicated to helping other children overcome and thrive.
